    Nghe An province’s Vietnam – Spain Friendship Association recently held the third congress for the 2019 – 2024 tenure. In the next 5 years, the Association will cooperate with Nghe An Union of Friendship Organizations to implement 5 key tasks which are: boosting external information propaganda, focusing on expanding the Association and recruiting more young members, updating the content and formats of people – to – people diplomacy, strengthening works with non – governmental organizations, and increase the Association’s budget.
