Vinh Phuc: The Profound Meaning of the Flourishing Vietnam - Cambodia Friendship Program

On April 24, the VIenam Union of Friendship Organizations of Vinh Phuc province (VUFO Vinh Phuc) in collaboration with the Vietnam - Cambodia Friendship Association of Vinh Phuc province held a meeting with Cambodian students in the "Flourishing the Seeds of Friendship" program on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of the year of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Cambodia (June 24, 1967 - June 24, 2022).
