The Political System in Vietnam

(Vietnam.vn) Article 4 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the role of the Communist Party of Vietnam: “The Communist Party of Vietnam, the vanguard of the working class of Vietnam, the delegate faithful to the interests of the working class, the working people and the whole nation, following Marxism-Leninism and the Ho Chi Minh Thought, is the leading force of the State and the society. All the Party’s organizations operate within the framework of the Constitution and the law”.
