VTFA Chairman receives Thai Ambassador

(Vietpeace) On March 18, Mr. Ta Quang Ngoc, Chairman of the Vietnam – Thailand Friendship Association (VTFA) received Mr. Panyarak Poolthup, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to Vietnam at VUFO’s headquarters.
