Exhibition on “Paracel and Spratly archipelagos belong to Viet Nam” in Quang Binh

On June 16th, an exhibition displaying historical and legal evidence that proved Vietnam’s sovereignty over Paracel and Spratly archipelagos was held by the Ministry of Information and Communication and the Quang Binh People’s Committee in Quang Binh province.

The exhibition, taking place until June 20th,  displayed historical and legal evidence in the form of maps, documents and pictures, collected in Viet Nam and other countries.

The exhibition aimed to affirm Vietnam’s sovereignty over the two archipelagos, as well as raised awareness among people, especially youth, about the importance of protecting the national sea and island sovereignty and territorial integrity.

On the occasion, a number of photo displayed the Spartly’s economic, cultural and social development in the period of industrialization and modernization.
