Vietnamese students won a total of 19 medals, including three gold, at the recent 2022 International Mathematics and Science Olympiad (IMSO).
The students, all sixth graders, come from Hanoi schools.
IMSO is an annual competition specifically for students under the age of 13 and brings together contestants from many countries and territories worldwide.
This year’s edition was held by Indonesia in an online format from November 29 to December 4.
Previously, IMSO 2021 saw Vietnamese students bring home two gold, 10 silver, and eight bronze medals./.
