SIF, VSFA reaffirm commitment to collaborate and deepen people-to-people ties
The Singapore International Foundation (SIF) and the Vietnam-Singapore Friendship Association (VSFA) on June 29 renewed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), committing to another five years of cooperation between Singapore and Vietnam at the people-to-people level.
