(Vufo) The Vietnam-Cuba Friendship Association (VCFA), in coordination with the Pacific Group Corporation, held a get-together in Hanoi, on August 11, to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the 11th World Festival of Youth and Students in Cuba (1978-2018).
