On December 16 in Hanoi, President of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) Phan Anh Son received a delegation of the Nepal Peace and Solidarity Council (NPSC) led by Rabindra Adhikari, member of the Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Nepal Unified Marxist–Leninist (CPN-UML), Chairman of the Nepal Peace and Solidarity Council.
