Japan Provides VND 15 Billion in Aid for Ethnic Minority Children in Tuyen Quang and Lai Chau

Recently, the Embassy of Japan in Viet Nam and Plan International Viet Nam held a signing ceremony for the second-year grant agreement of the project “Promoting Gender-Responsive Learning Environments and Schools for Ethnic Minority Children in Tuyen Quang and Lai Chau.”
