On November 14, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued Decision No. 2493/QD-UBND approving the receipt of non-project aid scholarships for high school students in Da Nang City sponsored by the RoK University of Keimyung, with a total aid budget of VND 360 million, equivalent to 15,000 USD, managed and implemented by the sponsor.
This project aims to support costs related to the learning process so that senior high school students have better learning conditions, and at the same time encourage and motivate them to continue their efforts to achieve their goals.

Additionally, on November 14, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued Decision No. 2495/QD-UBND approving the reception of the project “Improving the quality of provision of refractive services in Da Nang City” sponsored by the Fred Hollows Foundation with a total cost of VND 5,229 billion.
This project will be implemented from November 2023 to June 2028 with 3 main areas including the pilot application of Guidelines for standards of refraction at eyeglass service establishments issued by the Ministry of Health; increasing community access to five facilities with standard eyeglasses service; increasing access of optical/prescription service facilities across the city to refraction training courses.
In the period 2019-2022, Da Nang mobilized and received 191 aid grants with a total committed budget of VND 384.1 billion, disbursed funds reached VND 246.2 billion, making up to 65%. In the first 8 months of 2023, Da Nang mobilized and received 26 aid grants with a total committed budget of more than VND 181 billion.
During the 2023-2025 period, Da Nang continues to mobilize foreign non-governmental organizations to provide aid in many priority areas such as health; education; vocational training and career guidance; solving of social problems; environment, response to climate change, prevention and mitigation of natural disasters; agriculture, forestry, fishery and rural development; science and technology.
