The two houses were given to Vong A Khin and Son Thi Cam Hang, who are residents of Gia Canh commune, Dinh Quan district.

Each house was supported with VND 70 million by the Les Enfants du Dragon and VND 30 million by the Dinh Quan District Fatherland Front Committee. The remaining funds came from the families themselves.
The Les Enfants du Dragon is a French non-governmental organization operating with the aim of providing financial and material assistance to help the poor in Viet Nam, thereby creating opportunities for volunteers to participate in charitable missions for this organization or indirectly through other member associations.

Since 2014, the Les Enfants du Dragon Organization has been awarded two certificates of merit by the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee for cooperation in foreign non-governmental aid.
