Viet Nam & United Nations co-sign OSP 2017 – 2021

Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung and the United Nations (UN) Resident Coordinator Kamal Malhotra on July 5th co-signed One Strategic Plan (OSP) between Vietnamese Government and 18 agencies of the United Nations for the period of 2017 – 2021.
