According to the Viet Nam Disaster and Dyke Management Authority (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment), by the morning of October 11, Typhoon No. 11 had caused 18 deaths and missing, 10 people were injured. It also caused 1,577 houses to be damaged and severely damaged; 230,197 houses were flooded (of which Hanoi alone also had 8,186 houses. Up to now, Hanoi still has 5,743 flooded houses.
