VUFO President Nguyen Phuong Nga said: Vietnam and Palestine enjoy a good traditional friendship with many similarities in history. The two countries have always been united and supported each other in the struggle for liberation and in national construction and development.
In recent years, the Vietnam-Palestine collaboration has developed in many fields: diplomacy, economy, culture, and people-to-people exchange. However, the two countries still have potential and opportunities for further development in cooperation fields.

Jibril M.M. Alrajoub, General Secretary of Fatah's Central Committee, said that the Palestinian people have always learned from Vietnam's struggle for national independence and national development. He expressed his pleasure to see Vietnam develop politically, economically, and diplomatically, becoming a country with a position and voice in the region. He affirmed Palestine's desire to continue promoting cooperative relations with Vietnam.
Informing the VUFO delegation about the Palestinian situation, Jibril M.M. Alrajoub emphasized that Fatah highly appreciates the support of international forums and bilateral partners, including Vietnam, in finding a peaceful solution for the Palestinian people.

On this occasion, through Jibril M.M. Alrajoub, VUFO President Nguyen Phuong Nga sent her best wishes to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and the leaders of the Fatah.
