World cultural and natural heritage sites in Vietnam

With the newly-adopted decisions at the 47th session of the World Heritage Committee, Vietnam now has a total of nine World Heritage sites. Among them are two inter-provincial World Heritage sites: Ha Long Bay – Cat Ba Archipelago (Quang Ninh province and Hai Phong city) and the Complex of Monuments and Landscapes of Yen Tu – Vinh Nghiem – Con Son, Kiep Bac (Quang Ninh, Bac Ninh provinces and Hai Phong city). Additionally, Vietnam now has its first transboundary World Heritage site: Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park (Quang Tri province) – Hin Nam No National Park (Khammouane province, Laos).
Vietnamese lychees hit Costco shelves, opening up greater export opportunities

Costco, which operates 635 stores across the US and Canada, is now offering Vietnamese lychees under the “Golden Lychees” brand. The fruit is grown in Viet Nam following GlobalGAP standards and imported by Dragonberry Produce, one of the top premium produce importers in the US.

Viet Nam now has 16,855 certified OCOP products rated three stars or higher. Of these, 76.2% are three-star products, 22.7% are four-star and 126 products have achieved five-star national recognition.
