The program is organized by the Viet Nam - India Friendship Association and the Union of Friendship Organizations of Da Nang City in collaboration with the Indian Embassy in Viet Nam, the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center under the Indian Embassy, and The University of Danang - University of Science and Education.

Speaking at the event, Nguyen Van Hieu, Associate Professor and Vice-Rector of The University of Danang - University of Science and Education said that through the Viet Nam - India cultural introduction program, the school will continue to coordinate with Friendship Associations to maximize the benefits of digital platforms, increase meetings, cultural and artistic exchanges in different forms, and research on science and education in the future.
Monica Sharma, Director of Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center introduced staff, lecturers, and students of The University of Danang - University of Science and Education to Indian culture, cuisine, and scholarship programs. She said that the Indian Embassy in Viet Nam is currently implementing scholarships within the framework of the Indian Technical Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Program.
This includes short-term training courses in the 2024 - 2025 school year to improve staff capacity in finance, banking, administration, management, information technology, communications, agriculture, rural development, women's empowerment, engineering, forensics, and cyber security. Each scholarship includes visa fees, tuition, student documents, living expenses, accommodation, and economy-class airfare.

The program also includes a presentation of recommendations from researchers and translators with the topics “History of Viet Nam and India Relations: Viewed from the art of the Champa Kingdom”, and “Indian Literature and Reception of Tagore's Poetry in Vietnam”.
Also at the program, the Viet Nam - India Friendship Association of Da Nang City donated several books on Viet Nam - India relations, a special issue "India - Da Nang: Bridges of Friendship and Cooperation", and the poetry collection "Spring Flowers" for the library of The University of Danang - University of Science and Education. The school donated souvenir publications to the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center and the Viet Nam-India Friendship Association of Da Nang City.
