100 overseas Vietnamese students in Laos receive Vu A Dinh Scholarships

In Vientiane, the capital of Laos, the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund and the "For Beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa" Club, in coordination with the Embassy of Viet Nam in Laos, awarded 100 scholarships (each worth 50 USD) to children of the Vietnamese community in Laos on March 6.
