Vietnam sends another diplomatic note opposing China

Permanent Representative of Vietnam to the United Nations Ambassador Le Hoai Trung on June 6 transmitted to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon a Diplomatic Note of the Foreign Ministry addressed to its Chinese partner opposing China’s continued illegal operation of the oil rig Haiyang Shiyou-981 in Vietnam’s exclusive economic zone and continental shelf.
