The National Assembly vehemently condemns China’s wrong action

China’s illegal placement of its Haiyang Shiyou-981 oil rig deep inside Vietnam’s exclusive economic zone and continental shelf has done deep harm to the friendship, solidarity and neighborliness of the people of two countries of Vietnam and China.
