In a warm and friendly atmosphere, on behalf of the provincial leadership, Chairwoman of the Thanh Hoa Fatherland Front Committee, Pham Thi Thanh Thuy, extended her best wishes to the Lao students.
She emphasized that Lao students studying at universities and colleges in Thanh Hoa have the opportunity to accumulate knowledge, research, and learn about the culture, traditions, and history of Thanh Hoa. She highlighted that these students will contribute to spreading the beautiful values of the longstanding relationship between the two provinces and countries.
She also noted that Lao students would serve as representatives, pioneers, and active promoters of the special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Viet Nam and Laos in general, and between Thanh Hoa and Houaphanh in particular. Their presence helps to strengthen the deep, practical, and effective friendship between the two nations across all fields.
At the gathering, May Bua Xay Sy Huong, a Tourism and Hospitality Management student at Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, represented the Lao students in expressing gratitude. She stated that Bunpimay is an occasion for people to wish each other the best, demonstrating solidarity, love, and appreciation for their national traditions. Through this event, they also felt the strong friendship between Viet Nam and Laos, a brotherhood that has been built over generations and continues to deepen. This bond serves as motivation for them to study harder and contribute to the development of Laos, while also preserving and promoting the traditional friendship between Laos and Viet Nam for generations to come.
On this occasion, Chairwoman Pham Thi Thanh Thuy and other representatives presented gifts and encouraged Lao students to continue striving for academic excellence during their time in Thanh Hoa.
