Consul General of the Kingdom of Thailand in Ho Chi Minh City Wiraka Moodhitaporn and Chairman of the Dong Nai Union of Friendship Organizations Nguyen Thanh Tri on November 14 attended the people-to-people exchange program organized by the Dong Nai's Viet Nam - Thailand Friendship Association.
During the program, members of the Provincial Viet Nam - Thailand Friendship Association and the art troupe of the Consulate General of Thailand in HCM City performed traditional Vietnamese - Thai art performances, Thai artisans guided the practice and introduced the art of making Loy Krathong lanterns, and exchanged culinary dishes.

Thai Consul General Wiraka Moodhitaporn said that many Thai enterprises are operating in Dong Nai with a large number of workers. In recent times, the Dong Nai Union of Friendship Organizations, the local Viet Nam - Thailand Friendship Association, and the Thai Consulate General have coordinated to implement many people-to-people exchange programs with the participation of people from both countries.
Particularly, Thai enterprises in Dong Nai have actively responded to social security activities in the locality. In the coming time, the Consulate General of Thailand in HCM City will continue to coordinate with Dong Nai to maintain and organize people-to-people exchange activities to contribute to fostering relations between the two countries.
