(Vietpeace) A delegation of women activists has been on a working visit to Vietnam between Sept. 7-20, 2014. The 15-person team from the Lotus Circle, led by founder-director Megan McCloskey, held a meeting with Vu Xuan Hong, President of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) on Sept. 9, joined by Nguyen Tam Chien, President of the Viet Nam-United States Society (VUS).

The Medal For Peace and Friendship among nations was handed to Brazilian Ambassador H.E.
