VUFO, ICAP beef up cooperation through new agreement

(Vufo) - Vice President in-charge and General Secretary of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations (VUFO) Don Tuan Phong received a delegation from the Cuban Institute for Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP) led by its President Fernando Gonzalez Llort, Hero of the Republic of Cuba, in Hanoi on April 10th.
