Cuba, Lao announces state mourning in commemoration of Viet Nam’s leader

Cuba officially observe a mourning for Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong from 6 a.m. of July 20 (local time) to midnight of July 21, while the state mourning run for the whole of July 22; Laos is scheduled to observe a national mourning for Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on July 25 and 26.
