At the ceremony, Mr. Vu Xuan Hong highly appreciated Ambassador Ha Chan Ho’s significant contributions to the development of friendship and cooperation relations between RoK and Vietnam. The noble medal was a reward for his efforts and achievements in his working term in Vietnam, Mr. Vu Xuan Hong said.
