At the reception, VUFO’s President - Mr. Vu Xuan Hong welcomed Mr. Pierre Gréga’s visit to VUFO; expressed thanks to BVFA for effectively supporting education projects in Vietnam and popularizing the image of Vietnam in Belgium. Mr. Vu Xuan Hong hoped that more activities should be held to enhance solidarity and friendship relations between the two countries.
Mr. Pierre Gréga, on behalf of BVFA, expressed his honour to be welcomed at VUFO’s headquarters. He affirmed that BVFA will have more activities in economics, education, health… in the coming time in Vietnam.
BVFA, established in October 1973, has positively contributed to the enhancement of close friendship and cooperation relations between Vietnam and Belgium. During the Vietnam War, BVFA greatly supported Vietnam in the anti-US struggle for national salvation.
