On behalf of VNRC, Ms Tran Thi Hong An offered VUFO’s leaders and staffs sincere congratulations, and expected the relationship between VNRC and VUFO would further develop well, especially in humanitarian activities. She wished VUFO’s staffs to uphold the glorious tradition and make more achievements in people- to- people diplomacy.
