The Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue has just issued decision No. 2735/QD-UBND dated November 21, 2023, allowing the establishment of the Vietnam – Republic of Korea Friendship Association of Thua Thien Hue province. This decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Accordingly, the Vietnam - RoK Friendship Association of Thua Thien Hue province is a social organization; organized and operated according to the Charter approved by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. The Association must comply with legal regulations, subject to the state management of the Provincial People's Committee through the Department of Home Affairs and subject to the management of specialized fields of activity by the Department of Foreign Affairs.
Vietnam - RoK Friendship Association of Thua Thien Hue province has legal status, seal, separate account, self-sufficient funding, headquarters, and means of operation.
