Heart-warming Viet Nam – Laos Friendship Festival

Over 200 delegates including Ambassador of Laos to Viet Nam, members of Viet Nam - Laos Friendship Association, Laos students in Viet Nam, former Western region affairs department officers and family members on October 21 attended the Viet Nam – Laos Friendship Festival.
