The friendship exchange took place in a warm, meaningful and sentiment environment of the two countries’ delegations. This was an opportunity for the two countries to remind the close friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Laos and Viet Nam, fostered by President Ho Chi Minh and President Kayson Phomvihane and Souphanouvong. It was promoted as a invaluable treasure by the generations of leaders and people of the two countries, being the decisive factor for the development of each country’s revolution.
Therefore, the preservation and promotion of this special relationship were the responsibility of the two Parties, Governments and peoples at all levels, including the Laos - Viet Nam, Viet Nam - Laos Friendship Associations as important bridge connecting the two countries.
