Secondly, he proposed China to soon take Chinese experts and workers back to work on the Vietnam – China Friendship Palace project. Thirdly, based on the the plan of cooperation signed in the presence of Vietnam’s State President Truong Tan Sang and Chinese State President Xi Jinping in June 2013, VUFO and the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries should submit a concrete plan to implement the cooperation programs for 2014 and the following years.
