Palestinian Ambassador supports Vietnam

(Vietpeace) Palestinian Ambassador to Vietnam Saadi Salama paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Vu Xuan Hong, President of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) on June 20. Talking with the VUFO’s leader on the tension in the East Sea, the Ambassador also expressed his support to Vietnam.

The Ambassador wished the two countries to boost the people-to-people relations through the exchange of delegations and organize mutual activities, such as film screening and photo exhibition in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City on the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People on November 29.
 

Hong welcomed the Ambassador’s initiatives and said VUFO will cooperate with the Palestinian Embassy in organizing the mutual activities. A VUFO’s delegation also is expected to visit Palestine late this year in order to strengthen the solidarity and friendship between the two peoples.
