At the ceremony, on behalf of the leaders of Yen Bai province, Pham Thi Thanh Tra, Member of Central Party Committee, Secretary of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee awarded the certificate to Park Sang Shik for his contribution to the socio-economic development of Yen Bai province.
