In the letter, member of Laos Politburo, LVFA’s Chairman Phamkham Viphavanh extended warm congratulations to the Vietnamese people for their great achievements gained in the cause of the country’s protection and development, the industrialization and modernization process and in realising the goals of prosperous people, a strong country and a democratic, fair and civilizated society.
Comrade Phankham Viphavanh was confident that, under the wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Vietnamese people will continue to gain greater achievements in the renewal process, raising Vietnam’s influence in the region and the world.
Comrade Phankham Viphavanh was delighted to see that, over the past time, both the LVFA and the VLFA have close cooperation, contributing significantly to cultivating the friendly relationship and broadening the comprehensive cooperation between the two parties, two states and the peoples of Laos and Vietnam.
