During the Festival, the delegates took part in cultural exchange activities as art performances, Chinese calligraphy classes, visits to famous landscape places and historical monuments, such as the Beijing Museum of History, the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, the Summer Palace, the Astronomical Museum…
The Vietnamese Youth Delegation made good impressions on delegates from other countries through performances of Dan Bau by Le Manh Hung, student of the Vietnam National Acedamy of Music; dances by Le Hoang Phuong Linh, student of the Vietnam Dance College; and special greeting item with the letters V, I, E, T, N, A, M by members of the delegation
All members of the delegation actively took part in activities of the Festival.
The first China – ASEAN Youth Cultural Exchange Festival held by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries in coordination with the China National Committee for the Care of Children created a good opportunity for ASEAN and Chinese youth to jointly exchange, mutually learn and explore different cultures, customs and traditions, contributing to the enhancement of traditional friendship and understanding among peoples of ASEAN countries and China.
