Viet Nam – Spain Friendship Association of Hanoi city holds third congress

The Viet Nam – Spain Friendship Association of Hanoi city on August 23rd held the third congress for the 2017 - 2022 tenure. The third congress selected the association’s 25 - member executive board for the 2017 - 2022 tenure with Nguyen Trong Dong, Director of the municipal Department of Natural Resources and Environment as its President.
